2016 Asia Teaching by His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama in India

As per the advice from The Office of His Holiness, there would not be any teaching registration fee required. Sponsorship to help us defray the cost of running the annual event is welcomed.

It is customary for tea to be served to all participants (including the local Tibetans) at the teaching. As a gesture of goodwill, Dana is also offered to monks and nuns. This is an offering to the spiritual community. In addition, lunch will be provided to all the sangha members, participants and public.

If you would also like to contribute, you can either approach the OC at the donation counter setup at the parade ground.

We are also calling for sponsorship/contribution to

  1. Printing of Teaching Text
  2. Lunch/ Tea & Bread offering / public lunch
  3. Sangha/Monks to attend the teachings
  4. TCM & Medical treatment to residents in Dharamsala

To facilitate the planning and preparation process, we strongly encourage you to contact us at teaching@tibetanbc.org before the teaching if you would like to make any contribution or sponsorship to help us defray the cost of organising the event.
